How BMe Community Turned Retreat Gifting into Connection...and How You Can Too!

 

When BMe Community approached us for their annual team retreat, they weren’t looking for a one-time “thank you.” They wanted gifting that would build community, spark conversation, and extend the retreat’s energy — long after everyone returned home.

That intention is exactly what we believe gifting should be: thoughtful, intentional, and rooted in purpose.

To carry that momentum forward, we partnered to design 60 custom “Black L.O.V.E.” Bifties boxes that honored themes of community, connection, refresh, and renewal.

Inside were products chosen to inspire reflection and joy — including Michael Tennant’s “Actually Curious” cards to encourage authentic, human conversations. Each item came from Black-owned makers whose work embodies creativity, care, and impact.
